Features |
HD-10S
(Soft type) |
Due to the high structual concentration and large
surface area, this alloy to excel significantly in
hardness, strength, wear resistance and corrotion resistance
compared with other copper alloys. It also has good
workability. |
HD-10H
(Hard type) |
The composition is the same as HD-10S, but by changing
the percentages of each component a stronger alloy
with better wear resistance, corrosion resistance is
achieved. It also has excellent spring properties. |
HD-11SP |
This alloy has strength equivalent to 42 alloy of
iron and nickel and has excellent heat resistance,
thermal radiation and good workability for cold
forging. |
HD-12S
(Soft type) |
An age hardened copper alloy, with good heat resistance
and high electric conductivity. It is a Cu-Ti-Fe titanium
alloy with good workability in bending, drawing and
spring etc. |
HD-12H
(Hard type) |
Small modifications were made to the composition
components of HD-12S to achieve a high strength, highly
electric conductive alloy with better hardness and
strength. |
HD-13TE |
This alloy has high thermal conductivity and electric
conductivity, with exellent resistance to thermal stress
relief; It also has good heat resistance due to both
the Peltier Effect and Seebeck Effect. |
